Classes
Welcome to my classes!
I always remind people to practice with a smile and in harmony with your breath. Each class is a a chance to explore, blending functional movement, muscle strengthening, and flexibility for a balanced practice—both physically and mentally.
I also weave inspiring stories from yoga mythology with elements of modern anatomy to help you understand not just how to move, but why. My goal is for you to find your own alignment without ever pushing beyond your limits. Using props like blocks, straps, and cushions, I guide you to explore your "sukha"—your sense of well-being—at your own pace.
Classes are primarily in French, but I always add a touch of English. My students often tell me this little detail makes them feel like they’re traveling during their practice.

vinyasa
Vinyasa is a practice where every movement is synchronized with your breath, creating a continuous flow. Depending on the class, the rhythm and intensity may vary: Gentle Vinyasa: Perfect if you’re just starting out or prefer a slower, more calming practice. We move fluidly, taking time to align and connect with the breath. Vinyasa: A more dynamic version that’s slightly more energizing but still accessible. This practice focuses on building strength while improving flexibility and balance, without being overly intense. Whichever option you choose, I adapt to your needs so you can move mindfully and enjoyably.

vinyasa & yin

A perfect balance between movement and stillness, ideal for exploring Yin and Yang. We start with a breath-synchronized flow, then slow down with static postures to calm the nervous system. This class adapts to your pace: Gentle Vinyasa & Yin: For a slower, more soothing practice. Vinyasa & Yin: With a bit more energy to build strength before letting go. I always offer options to adjust the intensity and help you find what works best for you.

restorative & yin
This class is an invitation to slow down and dive into a meditative practice. Postures are held for several minutes, allowing you to work on deep tissues and completely release tension. It’s perfect for calming the mind and cultivating inner serenity.

yoga nidra
Nidra, literally "the yogi’s sleep," is a guided meditation practiced lying down, comfortably supported with cushions and blankets. This unique practice allows each Kosha (the different layers of the body and consciousness) to settle and recharge. The practitioner remains awake but enters a profound state of relaxation, exploring the various dimensions of consciousness. I complement Nidra with pranayama (breathing techniques) and gentle movements to prepare the body and mind for this experience.

private classes
Treat yourself to a tailor-made yoga experience, customized to your specific needs. Whether it’s for your own enjoyment or to offer a unique gift, private lessons are an excellent option. All necessary equipment is provided to ensure your comfort. Why choose a private class? Support for injury recovery: Benefit from personalized attention to aid your rehabilitation. Deepen your practice: Focus on asanas, pranayama, and relaxation techniques in greater depth. Flexible scheduling: Perfect if group classes don’t fit into your schedule. Comfort of your home: Ideal if you prefer practicing at home or have family commitments. Private lessons offer the personalized attention that group sessions can’t always provide. They allow you to progress at your own pace, with adjustments tailored to your goals and needs.

yoga for kids
Yoga helps children express themselves, build confidence, and find their "zen" while playfully improving flexibility, balance, and muscle strength. Classes, tailored for ages ranging from preschool to high school, take place in schools, as extracurricular activities, or during private events like birthdays. Each session blends storytelling, breathing exercises, balance, mindfulness, and a final relaxation. A portion of the proceeds supports my Challengers on a Mission project, dedicated to helping orphans in Ethiopia.

prenatal
Give yourself a precious break with classes tailored to each trimester of your pregnancy. These sessions offer a chance to care for yourself, relieve tension in your back and pelvis, create space in your body, and connect with other moms-to-be. With a gentle pace, the sequences help to soothe and gently strengthen the pelvic floor, while pranayama (breathing techniques) support you throughout your pregnancy and prepare you for childbirth. By participating, you’re also contributing to my Challengers on a Mission project, which supports orphans in Ethiopia.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to strengthen your bond with your newborn while connecting with other parents in a supportive and welcoming environment. The sessions combine poses that include your baby, sensory stimulation, gentle abdominal strengthening for postnatal recovery, as well as breathing and relaxation techniques. The pace is slow and the atmosphere joyful, creating a space for sharing and well-being. By joining this class, you’re also supporting my Challengers on a Mission project, dedicated to helping disabled orphans in Ethiopia. These classes are open to parents with babies from 6 weeks old (with medical approval) until the baby starts crawling.

A gentle and nurturing yoga practice designed to support your recovery. With a focus on breathing, calming the nervous system, regaining mobility, and rebuilding strength, this class accompanies you at every step of your journey. This class is open to individuals living with cancer as well as those supporting them, offering a welcoming and shared space for connection and care.
